It’s probably because of the fact that it was a bit unrealistic. Like yeah you some people could jump as high as he could, but if you were to jump that high you can’t just suddenly stop in mid air and tp to the ground. With how they changed it when he feints his leap he just stops swinging and lands onto the ground while still finishing his jump animation.

bruh so it's realistic how gryphon can run as fast as aramusha? bruh aramusha is light armoured and almost as slow as a fat old guy? Welp

Turtes, but something that you have to keep in mind is that Gryphon is a veteran warrior that trained amongst all of the best heroes of each faction. Also he has several armor sets that are made of 50% or less of metal and more lighter-weight materials.
