Someone Please help me! I just downloaded Ghost Recon Wildlands for the first time last week and for some strange reason when I try to play whether it's by using my Dualshock 4 controller the camera angle just keeps pointing down. I cannot get it to look at any other angle and when I try it just goes back to pointing down. And now the same thing is happening in Breakpoint when before I installed Wildlands It NEVER happened. I have uninstalled both of the games, uninstalled ubisoft connect, reset my controllers, purchased 2 new controllers direct from Sony, attempted to use that DS4 Windows program someone mentioned to me on youtube (which I had NEVER had to use any 3rd party software before this happened), removed the drivers for the controller and reinstalled them. This is ONLY happening in Wildlands and Breakpoint I have the Division and the Division 2 installed and it's not happening on those or ANY other games I have installed. I'm at my wits end here and my wife is not happy she can't play the Division. Someone please help!

Just tried playing the Division and the Division 2 and it's happening there as well.

@Ubi-Redbeard I already have created a support case for both games: 14301122 and 14301140. On one ticket I was advised to uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Visual Studio C++ redistributables which I have done and my issue is still not resolved. On the other case I was told that there was nothing that could be done because the Dualshock 4 controller does not nt have Native support for PC.

I purchased a Xbox controller which will arrive on 03/18 and I will test it and see if the same thing happens.

I have received the Xbox controller and connected that to my PC. I have tested all ubisoft games I have downloaded (GRB, GRW, The Division, and the Division 2) to see if the issue with adjusting the camera and the camera just pointing down and not being able to go upright in game still exists. I am having no issues with the Xbox Controller. I do not understand why Dualshock 4 controllers are no longer working on these games with and without 3rd party software. I just find it strange that this did not start until I downloaded Ghost Recon Wildlands. But I am having no issues using an Xbox Controller
