Unable to connect
I have an annoying bug where I cannot connect to the helix servers. I have deleted and reinstalled the game numerous time, it connects just fine to download the update but it then says to go online (which I obviously am) I cannot access support in the app to contact support.
Help please.

My suggestions for you are:
-Make sure that the iOS or Android version of the device you are using is the most up-to-date.
- Turn off your Wi-Fi connection and try to connect to the game via Cellular Data
If this doesn't work, try this:
-You can download any Proxy (IP Changer) program on your phone and try to connect to the game again.
If this doesn't work, create a ticket for Assassin's Creed Rebellion at this address if you have a Ubisoft Account:
