Weapon suggestions for a Samurai assassin hero in the future

These are the weapons that I think could be good for a new assassin in the Samurai faction:

Gunsen, Tessen, and Gunbai: “Fans of War” —- A quick and elegant fans made of metal that would be used as blunt weapons to stagger, stun, and disable opponents at efficient speed. Sometimes they’d also be designed with blades that could also be used for making clean cuts.

Tekko-Kagi: “Claws of Death” —- They could be used for slashing at opponents and could be use to defend the user with normal hand motions(like how Shaolin parries and blocks). “With proper technique, even katana could be ensnared, disarmed, or broken.” You could also use a dagger in the other hand if you were just using one of these. Also there’s varying techniques for these weapons so if the hero does use these they could possibly be a “mix-up intensive” classification.

Nekote: “Tiger’s Claws” or “Cat Scratch Fever” —- They are long, metal, cat-like claws that would cover the fingertips/fingers and could be dipped in poison for lethal effects.

The last one would need some thinking on how defense would work in-game. Let me know what your thought on these are.

The second One could probably work, but the other two are Simply assassination related weapons, meant to be carried around without getting noticed, not to be used on the Battlefield as an actual weapon. Then again, the second One itself Is Born as an agricolture instrument so..

Lele051205, well actually if you do some research for the first one you’ll find stuff saying that officers(people who enforced the law) would use them to quickly take down a criminal and that generals would use them as well for both signaling troops and as weapons.
