Requirements not met leads to match penalty | Forums

I was just waiting for breach to find me a game, and I was looking at my heroes while waiting. It finds a game, I see "joining" is written and suddenly it gives me requirements not met and I get a 15 min match penalty. Why? Should I not look at my heroes while waiting, if so, why is that an option? Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you have experienced this in game. If possible could you confirm whether this was a one off occurrence or if his happens every time you are checking your Heroes screen while in matchmaking.?

Match penalty was a one off occurrence, it would seems. I suppose this thread should be deleted.
