I am pretty confused as to why Aramusha still doesn't have a dodge attack? He is a hybrid and almost every hybrid has a dodge attack, but the only hybrid that actually is logical to have one doesn't have it?

Aramusha does have a dodge attack, but since he’s a type of hero to be “head first think later” and he’s a heavy aggressor he’s supposed to be to only rush forward towards the enemy. That’s why he doesn’t have a dodge attack. Most hybrids are supposed to be tactical and smart with what they’re doing which is exactly why he doesn’t have the ability to dodge out of the way and hit them.
