    Ranked Duel Beta Problems

I would first like to thank whoever may be reading this thread and showing concern. dear Ubisoft, last night I was playing ranked duels and while playing I came across a Nobushi player with a 260+ ping. I couldn't see half the attacks she was throwing and in the process I almost lost the fight, to fix this problem I would like to implement a new rule: all players who want to play ranked must have a ping under 100. On the topic of connection the second problem I would love to address is losing a ranked duel because you lost connection to the Ubisoft servers, it can be very frustrating when your winning a duel 2-0 and then you lose connection and lose that match. fixing these problems will finally enable us to have a accurate ranking system in For Honor, I want to thank whoever is reading this one last time for showing concern in this thread thank you.

It could be a lag-switcher. They tamper and modify their consoles so that it lags everyone around them or makes it look like they’re just lagging badly(hence the name “lag-switching) which is next to impossible to deal with unless you’re lag-switching as well because it makes the game unplayable for them as well forcing them to either stop it or leave. The thing is is that this is most common on old CoD games since the connections on them are already bad so they can’t be detected as easily.

So in other words, games that tend to have bad connection issues are the ones that you’re more likely to find lag-switchers, but if the game has a “ping tracker” you aren’t as likely to see them. The way the “ping tracker” shows you if someone is lag-switching or not is by if their ping is going from a reasonable 30 to an unreasonable 200+ and then everyone else goes up to 200+, but they go back down to a 30. If this pattern keeps repeating then they’re lag-switching.

I hope that this was helpful.
