Hi Guys,
This has been a long standing issue, and I"m getting to the end of my rope here, and I need technical support to help me. I've been playing since 2019 near the end of the Terrance/Phillip event, and I've enjoyed your work for a good while.
Game will consistently keep stating "Player Profile has changed. Game will restart" several times. When it does this, the following happens:
-Message with Kenny holding sign appears
-Game will ask me to connect to internet. Kenny holding sign appears asking to connect.
-No card requests can be made on team forum. It is grayed out.
I can't start any PVP matches. All I can do is open the free packs, and buy stuff with Cartman cash/pvp tickets.
Here is the history of what I've done on my end to try to resolve the issue.
-Uninstalled SPPD several times and reinstalled on Google Pixel 2 XL and Blue Stacks. Messages/effects still pop up.
-Cleared SPPD cache on phone destroyer, then reinstalled.
-Uninstall and reinstall Google Play on both Google Pixel 2 XL and BlueStacks.
-Changed phone to current phone with same issues. My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 +
- Phone's internet works fine for all other apps. Other games requiring connectivity work fine on this phone. Current carrier is MetroPCS.

3/14/21 10:30am PST - Drove to location far from home where phone connectivity is 5 bar max. Still get "Cannot connect to server error. Please check your internet connection" despite being able to use other internet apps like Reddit with no problems.
3/15/2021 5:15am PST- Adding more information. Deleted Google Play cache and storage. Uninstalled South Park and reinstalled. Downloaded game data (over 300 MB) to start game. Game came up again with "Player Profile changed, game will now restart" on first attempt to play game again. Still unable to request cards from team. Able to open free packs. Attempting to play PVP match opens Kenny windows with "Cannot connect to Server. Please check your internet connection."
Ok, the team reached out to me to ask if you could do a screen recording for them about this issue. Could you record yourself going through these steps?
Start the game with a fresh start (force close before if necessary)
Keep the screen recording going, then go to setting menu and click the "google play logo" (at the bottom of the page).
Force close and reboot app.
