Anyway you can't nerf dodge on a hero who have dodges as a baseline of his kit... A good tiandi will not dance that much, when a tiandi is dancing around you, just delay a light (when he is midcourse of his dodge) and it will stop him right away.

His feats are crazy for sure, but y'know... most viking can wipe out an entire team with fury flask so... (very, very fun to do)
