    Unable to connect on PS5 games

    I recently sent my PS5 to sony for repair. After getting it back, I tried to play Fenyx Rising PS5 version and could not connect to the Ubisoft servers. I also tried Watch Dogs Legion (PS5). Same thing happens with that game as well. I had no problem connecting to the servers 2 weeks ago and I have changed nothing in my network. I use a wired connection straight into my PS5. I tried to play Fenyx Rising PS4 version on my PS5 and it connects perfectly fine. I've also tried Farcry 5, Watch Dog 2, Watch Dogs 1 and Division 2. All of them PS4 versions playing on my PS5 and all will connect to the server fine. All my non Ubisoft games will connect to PSN and I can download games from my library fine. I do pay for PS+. One thing I did notice, If i try to access the store on Fenyx Rising, once it errors out saying that it can't connect... I can go into my network settings and test the connection. Once it finishes, I can hit the PS button, go back into Fenyx Rising and it will have loaded the front store page, but will error out on all the other pages of the store. I've tried all of the support page suggestion. I've opened ports in my router, I've disconnected and reconnected my PSN account. I even did a full reinstall of the PS5 system software. I'm just stumped because it will connect to PS4 games but not PS5. I even booted up my PS4 to check it and it connects fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have had the same problem since Friday. None of my PS5 Ubisoft games will connect to the online service. Both AC:V and Immortals. I keep getting error code 0x00000004. I’ve never had this issue before and my internet is running fine.

    I'm getting the same code. Glad to know i'm not the only one. Having got my PS5 back from Sony, I wasn't sure if it was something with my console or problem on Ubisoft end.

    Just to confirm, KillingJoke83, did this also occur after a repair to your PS5?

    Are your PS5 games physical or digital?

    My games are the physical PS4 versions with the PS5 upgrade.

    This morning I also tried removing my save files from the console just in case they were bugged out. Didn't make a difference.

    Thank you for clarifying that for us.

    What region of the world are you connecting from, and what ISP are you with?

    Are you able to try connecting from a Mobile Internet hotspot. just quickly to see if the same error occurs on a different connection?

    I live in the US and have 1000 mbps Fiber Optic through AT&T. I tried connecting from my phone which is Google Fi and it won't connect as well. Playstation Network and Ubisoft PS4 games will still connect, just not PS5 games.

    I’m in the US as well. I have Xfinity gig speed Internet and have no issues besides this.
