    Notice the spikes in frame times when avatar is crouching.

    This issue is ongoing for almost a year now and it was fixed before latest patch ruined everything.

    Do a rollback to previous patch or something, we can not play like this!

    Multiple videos have been already received by the devs (heck, they know what's going on they don't need any video or "proof" whatsoever) and they deemed the issue acceptable and not detrimental to gameplay (lol?) so they decided to NOT fix it... and obviously they don't allow to roll back to a previous version either because of their contract with Denuvo.

    Guess we're required to make an immediate and full payment to buy this game but the devs can break it and abandoning it whenever they want. Total disrespect.

    Thanks for creating a ticket, but it was in vain.

    I uploaded my DXDiag and MSInfo (for the third time, I think), explained that I have already provided video of the issue and I have sent another DXdiag and MSInfo a year ago and nothing happened.

    Same thing happened with the ticket you opened - I provided you with MSInfo and DXDiag and you asked me to do troubleshooting, which I already did a year ago.
    I do not want to jump through your hoops again and waste my time, this issues has nothing to do with your paying customers, this issue is in DRM.

    You can fix it by letting us revert to earlier patches, release a hotfix or remove/modify DRM so that it does not affect players.

    Again, please understand that this issue has NOTHING to do with players computers or laptop, this issue comes from your side and it needs to be fixed solely by you (Ubisoft).

    It is absolutely disgusting that they decided to leave the game in such state while claiming that it just wasn't worth it... after taking your money, which seems it was actually worth it.

    Well, make sure to read the game credits, specially notice the game director, game producer and the lead engineer. Don't buy any game they put their hands on, remember how they treated you here, maybe wait for a really low price because these guys don't deserve to be anything but bargain bin material.

    As shared within this thread previously, the development team have confirmed that they will not be deploying any fix for this issue. You can read their full statement below:
    After investigating this issue, our developers will be unable to pursue a fix due to difficulties in replication on testing hardware as well as a comparatively low impact on gameplay progress.
    I understand that this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and apologise for any impact that this stuttering issue has had on your gaming experience. We have forwarded the feedback shared following this outcome with the dedicated teams for further consideration. If there are any future updates released for Immortals Fenyx Rising, then this information will be posted on our official platforms.
