    The White Death Marksman Rifle

I was looking for a non exotic marksman rifle and got The White Death to drop while doing a CP, it has after some optimization 15% MMR damage, 137% headshot damage and 10% damage to target out of cover. I am only 250 SHD level but looking at the numbers and using Negotiators Dilemma, Memento backpack and a Badger Tuff chest piece with Perfect Unbreakable here's what I found.

I get around 3.5 million head shot damage with crit hits, and that's with an iron sight, I find it easier as I can aim and shoot a lot faster with it, I can get around 4.8 million with the buff active, that's three body shots. I'm really surprised how good this weapon is, doing CP's it's great, just sit back a bit and pick them off one at a time.

Anyone else have love for this MMR?

Why are you using a sniper rifle with Negotiator's Dilemma? I've never really considered it, but it seems bad on paper. Are you banking on the crit damage to cut down on the number of shots you need to make against multiple targets? I guess that could work, although it seems like you'd be better off with a regular rifle or an AR for long-range engagements.

I use it with my exotic LMG's and have either a SMG, shotgun or MMR as a backup weapon.

Anyway what's your thoughts on The White Death?

Its pretty good because the headshot damage is more than other MMRs.

Some people run it as a secondary with Nemesis as the main.

ARs are pretty good with Negotiators.

Not a fan of MMRs in this game. Enemies move like epileptics on speed, and there are too many types of enemies that just don't have heads.

But of you're going with a Headhunter build, The White Death is the way to go.

I just did a quick test with my god rolled White Death and a build made of all High End Gear.
I hit critshots to the head of 21 'till 23 million damage!
My Chestpiece is the named Chainkiller one, and my backpack is a Vigilance backpack.
    Total headshot damage is 267%

Did this quicktest just in the open world, not in BoO.

Many things that sound bad on paper work out in-game. I use White Death on my Bulwark build, which (on the surface) sounds like a dumb combination, but I ended up with it only after some experimentation. My logic was that my Bulwark was heavily optimized to get up and in the face of NPCs, shooting point-blank with my optimized Liberty. Going down that road I ended up rolling everything for headshot damage and CHC.

Because Liberty was my exotic weapon (ruling out Nemesis) White Death had the most headshot damage of any non-exotic sniper rifle, so now when I attack using Bulwark I start at a safe distance, pick off as many as I can using White Death, then eventually move in (or they come to me) then up goes my shield and I lay into point-blank headshots using Liberty.

It actually works surprisingly well, proving play styles don't have to be one thing or another. Hybrid builds can be fun too!

    It's actually pretty good.
    Main idea of this build.

You need 4pc of Dilemma to work. White death as main weapon and something fast enough to mark enemies with ND crit mark.
After that you only need 1 Critical headshot to kill all of them. Basically, this build is about 60% crit chance and maxed out HSD. Forget about CHD. You only need 1 critical Headshot.

It is one of those crazy hybrid builds that you need to be always aware of if you are using it. Just like Gunslinger + Versatile combo.
