    Y5S1 announcement

The good (IMO): Warden changes (I will miss Thick Blood, but it was an unfair feat so ultimately it's good that the devs removed it), Forge update, more frequent testing grounds and a lot of hero updates on the horizon (Aramusha and HL needed that, but I don't have an idea about what they going to do with Berserker, JJ and Glad).

The bad (IMO): silly executions again, no new armor just variations, no LAWBRINGER update (hopefully we get it in the future).

I'm optimistic that this will be a decent year. We just need to wait for the devs to fully deliver their ideas.

Everything seems great yeye. The Glad, Berseker and JJ testing grounds are questionable, though, as they are honestly good heroes right now. Unless of course, they have issues that I don't know about or something.

I'm honestly curious to see how they'll tweak already-strong and decent heroes.

Surprised Shinobi isn't in place of JJ, Zerk, or Glad.

Disappointed as armor is one of the few things why I play For Honor, and yeah... none of it now

The year is still young! There is still the possibility of armors later on in the year.

    About the Warden changes:

It seems that they good (IMO), but I expected a bit more, since the devs delayed it in the past. I wanted Warden to have better stamina and stamina management to be able to utilize his new capabilities regarding shoulder bash. No word was mentioned about this so I guess I will use up 2/3 of my stamina by doing a SB after a zone.

What about Shinobi??? He need rework much more than Berserker and JJ and he didn't get any love all this years. Really there in Ubi you need to start putting priorities.

The tweaking of already strong heroes is to weaken their metas and strengthen their weaknesses. Also known as balancing.

Conqueror, Lawbringer, Black Prior, Gryphon, and Highlander are all still in need of tweaks as well but those will likely come later. (Knight Bias? Lol)

As for Shinobi, I am not at all surprised he's been left behind again. Shinobi requires a complete remodel. He will probably wait until mocap becomes available again so that new animations can be created for him.

As Yubble said, just be patient. They literally said on the stream that actual NEW armor won't be dropped until later through year 5. It's not a secret. Lol

Seeing a TG for 7 heroes has me very impressed. The current team is obviously listening to us and they are doing their best to balance this game. I must say they are doing a pretty good job so far. I've had my quarrels with the CCU and hidden indicators but if they balance around those things well enough, then they won't be issues. That's their entire goal, I believe.

They want For Honor to be competitively viable on all fronts and they all play the game too.

I'm really beginning to like the newest team of devs.

I'm actually excited to see more of Year 5.

Yo Ubi boys!! Congratz! You got me excited again. Well done. I'm back.

    Hahaha
