    Another hang.

    Well, I've just lost my extreme agent because game crashed (it does often since last update), and came here to vent.

    Your Hard Core agent? Can you submit a ticket and request that it be restored? Seems a resonable request to me.

    Oh, it would be nice if ticket service were enabled. The support page has the "Submit my case" and "Start chat" buttons disabled.

    Since this game crashes to desktop or hangs/freezes a lot (especially in DirectX 12), hardcore mode can be considered a joke. If you develop a hardcore mode for your game (like POE or Diablo etc.), your game has to be near 99% stable, otherwise hardcore is a waste of time. (At least POE instantly logs you out in case you'd crash so you won't lose your character)

    slarst, I'm sorry that the game crashed and you lost your hardcore character. We do not currently recover these characters, but please run through this guide to mitigate any crashes you may experience.
