Seriously no one on pc ever plays breach, I can never get into a breach match cuz no one plays it.
All anyone plays on pc is dom and duals and that’s barely even mentionable.
I feel like while players on pc are often more skilled the player base on Xbox is better overall

EU servers experience medium activity at most times but it has been gradually decreasing. Matchmaking times are getting longer too.

The average teammate acting more like a monkey then a actual thinking and planning human would be a major factor.

And the game mode is very far from balanced. Unless the attacker team has more monkey brains than the defender one, it will be a roll for them. If you take the ramparts as attacker, and are careful with the respawns in phase 3, the defenders will easily lose.
