Right now you just respawns with all your gear a little away from the battlefield.
When you play coop - there is no any reason to revive your teammate and get yourself in risk, because if your teammate dies - he will respawn and will be able to continue the fight just fine.
I suggest to make death more punishing: when you die - you lose your basic weapon and other stuff (including grenades), only the pistol will remain. So you need to spend some time to be able to fight.
(other feature request from me is: ability to drop an item from your inventory, so players can share meds and grenades with each other))
I agree also. Death needs to have consequences in solo play. Perhaps you would need to restart from the nearest bivouac, meaning continually dying would become annoying if you had to travel back to the AO each time. And I think respawning should be disabled in co-op. If a teammate bleeds out, you fail the mission.
i like the idea, but its maybe the point, the player you play with,... so me and my mates, dont respawn, even when i play with random player, i´dont respawn.
so there are many player playing on easiest settings full health regen etc. this kind of player dont want to play realistic, they only want to be a champion... this kind of player will hate it i guess.
Maybe they can add settings to deactivate the respawn function, in the world Parameter, so every host can choose his favorite mode,... i also will like a setting for Teamkill enabled.
