    Can't connect to CONFLUX: Invalid key

    Hi!

    Yesterday I tried to launch my CD-version of Heroes VI, but after installing it and downloading all the updates it failed to connect to CONFLUX saying "Connection Failed InvalidKey"

    So I fully uninstalled it (including documents folder) and bought the Heroes VI "Complete Edition" on Uplay - and it still constantly says "Connection Failed InvalidKey"

    Is there anything I can do or should I just apply for a refund?

    I have the same problem, a few days ago I have bought a new key to play Heroes 6, and Conflux show an error 'invalid Key'

    Hi,

    I just bought a copy of Heroes of Might & Magic VI today and I cannot play due to this very same error.

    Can't connect to Conflux - InvalidKey

    Do you have a solution? Or have I just paid for a game that I will not be able to play?

    Please include proof of purchase along with a screenshot of your activation key in order to allow us to investigate this swiftly.
