Help please.
For Wildlands
1. I was playing the trial version and it expired on Uplay.
2. I installed and launched the game on Steam
3. I came back to play on uplay
4. I can see 2 versions in my library but I can't launch either. Neither says Trial.
5. The button prompt to launch game is not highlighted / grey-ed out. So, I can't launch it.
Any ideas?
Thanks for getting in contact and sorry to hear you have experienced this while attempting to launch. If possible could you confirm whether you are still able to launch and access this core game through your Steam library or whether you receive an error while doing so.?
While I would not advise posting images of your account directly into these public forums, if possible could you provide us with the following images so we can investigate this further :
- an image showing your Ubisoft Connect library with this duplicated content and username clearly visible
- an image showing the proof of purchase for this product via your Steam transaction history
- additional images showing any error messages you receive while attempting to access this content

This has resolved itself. I can launch one of my versions displayed in my library.
