Okay, now for video recording, just so you know you don't have to do this by hand recording your monitor.
AMD has it built into the drivers/Radeon Settings software, check in the Hotkeys menu what the CTRL+SHIFT+* key combo is by default (I think it's R).
NVIDA has it available via Shadowplay, here too check which key combo you need to use it in games (apparently Alt+F9).
AMD's output goes by default to C:\Users\yournamehere\Videos\RadeonLive\ but you can change it to something more convenient.
Nvidia's output goes by default to C:\Users\yournamehere\Videos\
Then you can use something like Icecream Video Editor to trim the video length down. This app is free for up to 5 minute videos.
Then upload the result to your account at Youtube and use its link in video brackets here. If upload file size is still a problem here, you can use Handbrake to change its video resolution and format to something that makes the file size smaller. No need to save everything in 4K, when 1080p or 720p is good enough. Also consider using H.265 as video compression format, instead of the more bulky H.264
