    Not charging subscription to correct credid card

    I have been trying for 2 months to get ,my credit card change on my uplay+ subscription and it seems UBISOFT is ignoring what is in the account and continually charges an account that has been disabled. The bank is paying the charge plus overdraft charges, what is the issue, I have 2 tickets with your support, and nothing has changed.

    What is the problem
