To be brutally honest i don't think they or Ubi care anymore.Originally Posted by Regnar_Lothbrok Go to original post
They have wound the game down, they have said no more content.(until the complaints)
All these companies see is a cash cow ergo us gamers, all they care about is the short term money flow (no forward thinking/no foresight) just a quick buck .
Oh and if it wasn't for the loyal playerbase still playing they would have shut the servers down by now and wouldn't have been almost forced into announcing new content coming.
I ain't defending or anything but i really don't think it's a case of they don't care, i think it's a case of lack of resources and still trying to find the solution....gotta remember even if they have found the solution they have to also consider does the fix break something else.Originally Posted by Cadillac-Jack Go to original post
It must be very frustrating at their end just as much it is for the player.
Yep, they have probably moved most of the devs over to there new projects and only have a skeleton staff working on Div 2 now.Originally Posted by Riflemania Go to original post
They have a crazy lack of transparency tbh. It's the same when it comes to reporting cheating in the game, whatever is The Division or The Division 2. When you sent dozen of videos of someone wall glitch from 120m awayand with rpm... for over 20 minutes. I got a thank you for reaching us with this matter. Yet... days later, it happened again.
It's more likely that the problem is difficult to track down. The game will crash for me after 5 minutes, then run flawlessly for hours. It doesn't seem to crash for some of my clan mates. While the flexibility of PC hardware is great, there's no denying that problems can take longer to resolve.Originally Posted by Regnar_Lothbrok Go to original post
Now a days in 6 months to a year most tech is old news. Weather it be phones, computer, games, etc. Not much reason to give that old stuff much more then the bare amount of attention. Add that most Threads on any forum is a troll rage fest regardless if they interact or not, why would they be " transparent "???Originally Posted by X__MAGICIAN__X Go to original post
We created our own problem. The mob has spoken and this is the result
What i mean is... the company itself lack of transparency and communications.Originally Posted by Quor321 Go to original post
When i report someone for cheating, i'd like to know the outcome of the matter.
a. Sorry... we found no evidences of hacking from this player.
b. We have taken measure against this player.
They (Ubisoft support) even dared me to contact sony support for reporting cheaters, and funny part... i did it, and guess what happened? Sony told me to contact Ubisoft.
No more content?

But when those new contents will arrive!? Because SOON™ is not a good answer anymore!Originally Posted by KemicalDragon Go to original post
