    yea maby they fixed the dlc bug now its just base game items that are missing. i guess I'm happy

    I apologise for the delayed update. The issue with the missing DLC cosmetics should now be resolved, and you should be able to access these items in-game.

    If you are still missing any additional items, please don't hesitate to update this thread so we can investigate further. Please let us know the exact items you are still missing, as this will be helpful for further investigation.

    -locked the thread because of wrong forum (the truth is located somewhere else)...after multiple posts there...lol...and the issue HAS something to do with "CONNECT" (so because of no Steep forum in the new forums it wasn't the WRONG forum!)
    -send an link for an old forum (because of probably zero interest from UBISOFT CONNECT to have a new forum for this game) where nobody is interested in...clear
    -ask for other issues if still one issue isn't solved...clear
    -the open ticket is still not answered after more than 4weeks...so again zero pro activity from your side...clear

    The Just Dance skis that you have tried to unlock via Ubisoft Connect are unfortunately unavailable in the game at the moment. Whilst we have passed this information onto our Steep game time, the game is no longer being updated so we can not promise if this is something to be likely patched in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I checked on your case and can see the Connect units were returned to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by these missing Just Dance skis.

    And for this information to give you need nearly 10months...??? And waste my time because of asking useless questions and for useless screenshots...clear!

    If not...I don't wonder anymore what's going on at your end, if yes...than you probably understand nothing (because there is the answer)!��

    Btw...it is unacceptable to ask in a thread that you've locked as also to move to this old forum where nobody get's an information after an update!

    Hello Mr.T.Magnum, as previously mentioned by the support agents handling your case, after some considerable investigation into the redemption of Ubisoft Connect Steep vanity items and rewards, we were unable to add these items to players accounts, despite redemption with units. We no longer have the ability to add these to players games, so all we can do in return is offer a refund of credits if credits were spent by the player.

    Sorry for any disappointment caused and thanks for bearing with us whilst we chased this issue up for you. I apologize if this was not the outcome you wanted and you were unable to use the Just Dance ski's in the game.
