Let us use Breaching Tool on doors as well as windows. Make all fences be breachable with breaching tool.

Please remove having to have the tool equipped as well.

Great idea, especially not needing the breaching torch in your incentory to actually breach fences.

It would be great if you could use the breach torch to bypass the biometric doors, instead of having to find an enemy and carry them to the door.
