Its fun and we all enjoy it. Only problem is that you've yet to implement and glorified version on a smoke screen. So far we've only seen stun grenades used . Blitz or candellas. Smokes are fun but two problems with them. One being your position is given away, unlike a candella that can be placed onto surfaces, and even if they know, chances are they are blind. Blitz, well he has a shield so no need to explain. As for the second problem, they last only a few seconds and unless perfectly tossed they have little to no impact. Unlike stun grenades , which again you can bank shot it into a room, cause defenders to turn, than while they are not looking you can do a full peek and get the next to land right where you want it and have a full blast

So, can defenders get an op with a smoking device of some sort that last until its destroyed by either I.Q or a shock drone that drives into the heart of dangerville .

Maybe have it tossable with a sticky glue, so in a hallway it could be anywhere. Is it on the floor or is it on the ceiling, I dont know maybe it's on the side of that old style wooden cabinet clock.
