I purchased gems and the game didn't register it
I bought some gems a couple of days ago, but an error ocurred in the game and I didn't get my gems. The real problem is that my money has already been debited from my credit card, so I basically paid around 19 brazillian reais for nothing.
If support can help me get my gems in-game now, I'll be appreciated. I tried using "Restore Purchases" option but the game tells me there are no purchases, which's not true.
