    Friend Referral not completing

    I recently referred a friend to Div 2. I play on series X and my friend plays on an xbox one OG. We have played the required missions a week ago today and the ubisoft website still says we have not completed any of the required missions. On his ubisoft account it still says this - 'You have completed 0 of 3 missions. You need to play 3 missions with your Veteran, **GAMERTAG**, on XBOX ONE to earn rewards.'
    When i log in it doesn't say anything at all. The only way i know i was successful in activating it was an email. Are you able to confirm if there is a bug and if there is anything else that i need to do to get this to recognise what we've done?
