    crash issue

    Dear Ubisoft, I have a problem when I connect my controller to play roller champions. After 5 minutes I play, game crashes and I can do anything to solve this problem.

    We don't appear to have experienced this issue in a testing environment. For that reason, I believe this is likely a conflict with a third party software / hardware.

    - Do you have any software installed to use the controller, such as DS4Windows?
    - Are you connecting an adapter to use the controller
    - Do you have any software running in the background that could attempt to use your controller in any way?

    As a troubleshooting step, I would like to recommend disabling background applications: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000063761
