    There's nothing for me in open world at this point, so there's no reason to keep resetting control points to capture.
    Plus it being all green makes it easier for friends to join in & farm supply drops & elite territories all they want.

    Plus to me the map staying all green makes sense at real end-game, as the hostile factions have been torn down so bad that they shouldn't have the manpower to take back control of the whole city. That's what bugs me about DC, attack forces from DU & the Capitol still randomly spawn & try to take control points, when in my game's progress line at this point, those strongholds have been secured by the Division for a long time at this point..

    DC 80% NY 20% for me......i will only go to NY if there is loot at CP's i need......That place makes me feel miserable

    Not sure about percentages but I'm sitting in DC most of the time.
    Visiting NYC only if projects requiring that or there is needed target loot.

    What else to do there?

    I mostly do random heroics and if it takes me to NY i don't mind.
    But i always travel back to DC. Unless its for the manhunts i never farm in the NY part
