I do not know if it is because of my high stats but I am getting ALMOST ONLY dumb players in my team while playing 4v4! I am forced to leave matches 5times / 10times in a row before I find good players. Most of the time I am only one who have a positive score but can not fight alone vs 2/3/4 enemies all the time! Only a few players can use brain but many not. The worst thing is that I am getting the same players all the time only in my team! I am playing with many dumb players so often that I know that we will loose a match. So give us a chance to reset our stats OR give us a tool to "blacklist" those DUMB players. SIMPLE! Some player should play vs BOTS only because they have no skills for PvP.

Perhaps because you are leaving early. Quitting mid game counts as a loss so of course you will be continually paired with lower skilled players. I recommend finishing games even if you know you will lose. Your skill drops dramatically if you leave, its better to take the L if you really do care about that stuff at least.

Nope, leaving = no loss or win. I see often that my skills are higher than others in lobby. Only one logic solution is that game puts weaker players into my team.
