    Ubisoft+ subsription expired

    Hey guys, i just bought a ubisoft+ subscription and i had it for amazing 2 minutes then it just logged me of and when i looged back in it said that my card has expired even though my card will not expire until 2022. My bank says that the money was taken succesfuly from my account so the 15 euros are missing and i still dont have my subscription. Please contact me with any tips or solutions because i really getting upset over this beacuse ive been looking for solutions for like 18 hours sthraight
