    Ubisoft Support (Not Satisfactory)?

    "NOT A NEW USER"

    So my last Support gave me a Support Phone Number for a higher up in the Ubisoft Support Branch.

    However, I don't have that Number anymore, & Support is being
    not only non-satisfactory, but also un-wiling to be helpful here.


    The closest thing I have found on the website, is this link here...

    Visiting the Corporate Site just doesn't go anywhere. There is Social Media on the Page,
    but there is no way i'm addressing my Concern there, as i've done it in the Past, & it got
    me nowhere.

    Anyone know how I can get in contact? Or what to do?

    I Am Locked Out Of My Account Until I Contact Them. I'm Not Banned, I'm just Locked Out.
    This can't be resolved by Normal Support either.


    Any Help At All Will Be Much Appreciated...

    I have already done this, & Support is not to my satisfactory.

    They have not been helpful at all, I even added it to my Post's "Title"

    Last time I used Face Book to voice a Concern, I never got a Reply back about the Concern.

    Very rarely does anyone actually reply back on Face Book, & things are different today,
    because i've nearly cut the cord with Face Book entirely by now anyways.

    UbiKobold - not directly related to this but it would seem that some links in the page you have provided to not get user to the intended page.
