    Cannot purchase content

    I'm military currently stationed in Germany. Haven't bought any new content since moving here and went to buy the DLC for Division 2 to only find out that Ubisoft doesn't recognize AE (Armed Forces Europe) as a U.S. state/territory for billing address purposes. Though, AP (Armed Forces Pacific) is a selectable option. How is it that all other major video game corporations, and even major corporations like Amazon, recognize AE as a proper U.S. territory but Ubisoft will not?
