Honestly I completed some times Raid in discovery mode with matchmaking, without any vocal communication, ok in normal difficulty is harder but the mechanics are the same!
If Ubisoft does this add why should someone complain about that?

Nope, sorry. They totally aren't. The mechanics within the discovery raids are all at least way easier than in the normal raid. Most boss encounters skip whole mechanics (e. g. the laptops at Boomer), change the mechanics fundamentally (e. g. charging the generators at Razorback) or include failsafe supports to replace exactly those mechanics that would require communication (e. g. most of the mechanics at Williams).
