    I will try get a video as a screenshot will not show you that clicking does not work. Where do you want me to put the video or screenshots? on this forum, private message or try the bug reporting site itself?

    So I have bugs reported for PS4 that got put as "Duplicate" as they exist on a ticket for PC. If there are issues/bugs/glitches on PC that are similar in nature but with different outcome for eg a Lootball issue on a PS4 they cannot be reported as they will also be classed as Duplicate, if this makes sense. So How can these issues be reported please?

    We try our upmost best to understand how time consuming it is for you all of you working to fix the issues and it is does not go unnoticed nor unappreciated so I ask please can you understand how this is frustrating for all of us to report these bugs and why so many people give up reporting also. We want this game to succeed, we really want to help but it is not easy for us to capture everything.
    I have lost track of the amount of games I have tested on multiple platforms but sadly this is the worst one I have come across for reporting issues and this game could be fill a big gap in the sports Genre, especially on console.

    I apologise if I sound a little disappointed, I cannot speak for everyone but I know I am doing as much as I physically can to help and it's starting to feel like you do not believe what we tell you or want help any longer.

    Thank you for sharing those screenshots and providing the detail you have. This is all incredibly helpful for us.

    Can I check whether this has been the same with other reports you have made?

    When we highlight a duplicate I can assure you we only do this when we are sure and are investigating possibilities.

    We completely understand how time consuming reports can be, thank you for sharing yours with us!

    thank you for replying.
    Those screenshots I really do hope are helpful and yes I can confidently say this happens on every report I have made.

    Regarding the "Duplicates" I ask because on PC Lootballs were not always getting granted, on PS4 the progress was never shown but after 3 Quickplay matches a Lootball was actually given, I tried to report this as a separate issue but was classed as "Duplicate" I forgot the other 2 that were classed as Duplicate but does not show up as reports that are visible to us yet. I am guessing the Skatepark and not getting in has already been reported on PC so I have not reported this on PS4, though I have filed report of freezing and crashing every time a player enters or leaves match, but am yet to see if this has been processed.

    No worries, anytime! With the new reporting tool, even if it's a duplicate, we're collecting all the relevant information and we're passing it on to the development team to make sure that all of the issues are being addressed correctly
