    [PS4] Cant move in tutorial / Subtitle's glitched

    PS4 issues I am having
    Tutorial will not let you do anything but look around and will not progress or tick the "look" section when looking to the ball.
    Also cannot exit the tutorial as it just stays on the loading screen so have to restart the game completely.
    I have been told of strange Audio sounds, I do not play with audio as I am hearing impaired but family sat with me can hear continuous skating and " a looped glitched noise"

    Subtitles do not always come up or are incorrect/out of sync.

    Settings and Character reset every time I open the game. Then randomly reset again when I enter a match.

    Thank you for your post ANAMWY.

    If you can visit our bug reporter tool and upload any videos or images to an image hosting website and give us the link in the bug report that you plan on submitting, this will help with our investigation a lot as we will be able to more clearly see the issue you are facing in the tutorial and be able to try and reproduce these exact movements ourselves.

    This would be the same with any other visual issues you are facing, if you can try to capture a screenshot for us or video this would be most helpful to us.

    Please also make sure to submit each issue as a separate issue.

    Already done my friend! Trying to get some videos sorted also for each bug, may have to be handheld cam footage and uploaded though PC as I no longer have Capture card and YT seems to have got up out of wrong side of bed with PS4 today lol

    Oh no problem, thanks for letting us know about this potential PS4 upload issue!

    The bug reporter website we have was designed so players could upload URL links instead of direct images and videos, so you will need to upload the footage to a hosting website such as Imgur or YouTube or the like, in order to post the link in your bug reports to us.

    Hi Ubi-Milky I wondered if you could help please with bug reporting? I have been having to use an old phone to capture images from PS4 gameplay and I was just going to edit to add them onto bugs I previously reported and most keep saying INVALID "This Report is a Duplicate of " but when I try go see I cannot, when I report bugs on the PS4 I do check to see if it has been reported before but I either cannot find a report of it or it is on a different platform. (btw when you click on the Duplicate to go read it it does not exist)

    Edit to add :- I also cannot add videos or pics to show the issues, nor can I edit the report when I am asked for more info, so If I go to delete it will not let me so I cannot report and show evidence as also gets flagged as "Duplicate" it is really frustrating I am sure you can understand.

    Sometimes a bug can be a duplicate but has not yet appeared on the bug reporter, this can sometimes take a little while.

    When you are asked for more information are you able to add any information at all or do you not receive any options?

    Hi! thank you for your quick reply, on the reports I wanted to add more info too or the ones I am asked for more information I cannot edit, delete and there is no other option to respond, this is why I am very confused lol

    May I also ask, does a report count as "Duplicate" if I report it for PS4 if someone has reported it for PC, as it would be great if we could add that this happens on other platforms also.

    Can you please provide us with a screenshot showing that you're unable to reply to the existing issue marked as ''need more info''?

    Regarding your second question - it would count as a duplicate, so I would advise providing more details to the existing one. Thank you!
