I don’t have another console, nor will I be buying another console, PS5’s are limited in production!
I don’t have a PS4 any more, however it is the same crashes, error code CE-108255-1 on PS5
The console is up to date and so is my software, this is not an ISP problem either, I have called and verified and they came to check my lines, no problems!
Tyranmedic: My apologies! I definitely didn't mean to suggest buying a new console, but was more hoping a nearby friend or family member had one you could access. Have you forwarded your ports for The Division 2? If so, please provide a screenshot of this to our Technical Support teams via a support ticket, so they can investigate this further with you.
Tyranmedic: Oh no! Does this happen across different devices? I checked on my mobile device, but I was able to see the PS5 platform.
If our browser troubleshooting steps don't resolve this error for you, are you able to either create the ticket under the PS4 platform, or reach out to our Social Support teams over Facebook PMs or Twitter DMs?
Although not a "solution"..
I have found the fastest way to get back into the mission after a crash is at soon as your screen freezes, force close using PS button hold then option button before it gets chance to progress to a "normal crash".
Gets me back into the game and mission much faster than simply waiting for it to crash, generate error, ask if you want to submit report etc.
Last year the game never crashed even once! Now it crashes per 5-6hr play, always during heavy gunfire action and never idling in safe areas.
Not a solution but faster way to return to the action.
