    PS5 crashes and problems.

    Div 2 on my ps5 crashes in a short summit run. Just freezes and crashes out going to the home screen. I did other activities in the game and it's working well, but when I go to the summit, crashes happen. Sometimes I have big drops in fps but when I restart the game the problem goes away.

    Update: Play summit solo its not crashing.

    I have just acquired a PS5, and have been getting nothing but screen freezing and crashes!
    I have been submitting reports to PlayStation every time this happens.
    Seems this problem has happened before on a previous patch

    Tyranmedic: I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing multiple crashing and freezing issues on your PS5! Moving forward, I would recommend completing our troubleshooting steps for the PS5, since these should optimize the console's performance.     I have done the required steps, for 2 weeks no problems!
    This week however, I have crashed three times while playing division 2, and submitted investigations to Sony
    There was nothing out of the ordinary that I did, the game just simply crashed!
    All my other friends that PS5 are saying the same thing as well!
    I noticed this is a recycled patch, and there was no maintaince preformed last week, would this have anything to do with it?

    FYI, rarely do crashes on a PS5 give you a code.

    I've crashed with Div2 multiple times on mine, and it's just a page that says:

    Sorry, experienced game problems. Would you like to submit report...blah blah attach video.

    I've never seen a code involved...

    Tyranmedic & Ken_Koerperich: I'm sorry to hear our basic troubleshooting guide didn't resolve this crashing error for either of you. Do you both own the game as a physical disc or as a digital download?
