I played 4 years ago. Now I am getting matchmaked with beasts and can't do anything..

I used to play For Honor when it released, put cca 300 hours into it and enjoyed it. Then I stopped for a lot of time. By the time I installed it 2 weeks ago, I forgot most of the things, every muscle memory move etc etc. Now whatever I do, the system is putting me in games with high skill people (compared to me). They might be cca on the same hours/reps, but I play like I played just 3 hours of For Honor compared to them. So, no way to enjoy the game. I keep ending on bottom of any scoreboard, loosing any duels. It is horrible. I am seriously not enjoying the game I once loved with all my heart.

What should I do? Am I being forced to buy a new copy of the game just so the system consideres me as a new player and start learning again, in matches I can actually have a chance? I tried sticking with the painful, not enjoyable grind of facing skilled opponents. They just grind me to dust. Not fun at all. I want to have fun again with this game. Please help me

That's because the remaining 200 people that play this ****hole are the same ones that never stopped playing. I'm same way, my total account rep is 44 and I'm goin against people account rep 250+... it's super great. But most people have moved on to actual functioning and fun games, so it makes sense.
