    Lost all my wheels because of a bug

    Hey,

    i tried to buy one helmet in the item shop for 600 wheels and I had 1890 wheels. When i tried to buy one, an error accured and i tried it 3 times. After that I restarted the game and I got the item but now only have 90 wheels left. Seems like I bought the item 3 times but only got it once.

    Can I get the wheels back??

    Thanks for clarifying Raptaill, I have looked over you conversation with one of our agents and I am now up to speed.

    It seems that this issue has also been reported to us by another player in the forum I believe, but has yet to be reported on our Community Bug Reporter website here where our QA team can view this -

    As this is a new bug for the closed beta, I do not believe we would be able to grant these wheels back onto your account, if possible, could you please report this bug using the link above, with the name of the exact helmet and items you tried to buy so we can report this up to our QA team to see if we can reproduce this bug? If you can help us report this using this tool, we may able to resolve this issue for the purchase of a certain items wuth wheels in the long run for other players too, thank you for your help.

    (PC) Missing wheels

    Hello dear Ubisoft team,

    i have two big problems. Two bad purchases were made with me.

    On the one hand, the "Loca Gallo" set was added which I didn't buy, on the other hand I bought the "Dont Tell Dad" hairstyle and it was available in the shop for 250, but 500 was deducted.
    I would ask you to remove the "Loca Gallo" set and refund the 2000 Wheels to me because I did not purchase this set. I also ask you to refund the 250 wheels that were withdrawn from me for the same item.

    It would be very nice if that could happen before today's shop,
    because I would like to buy the "Red Zone" football set.

    Just to confirm, when you tried to make the purchase, did you get an error stating that "Something went wrong"?

    When I bought the hairstyle, yes, I didn't buy the LocaGallo set at all. It was just there after restarting a game. As I said, I saved my wheels in order to spend them on a cool outfit, maybe the "Red Zone" set could then be added for the 520 wheels. This is an outfit I would want to buy.

    Hello ChoK.-, thank you for this extra piece of information with the exact names of the custom hairstyles,

    At the moment this issue of items costing double the amount of wheels as to what is advertised in game, has been reported to us and is under investigation.

    Unfortunately we do not have a way off adding wheels or content to a players account at the moment, as I believe all wheel progress and customization will be reset after the Beta has ended, though players will still be rewarded their Test phase outfit in the full game, for participating in this Beta - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Article/000095454
