Can't even start the game. It crashes even before I get to the main menu, it crashes when I just joined, it crashes when I open the map, it crashes when I try to fast travel, it crashes once I've fast traveled, it crashes when I get at some point in missions... It does that even when I'm playing on my own.
Yet checking back on the game and still no improvements at all, tried switching components 32GB DDR4, R7 3700X and borrowed 3 GPUS to test the game 6700XT, RTX 3070 and a 2080ti switched from my RX 5700XT and sadly the game still crashes DX11 and DX12 worse is tried the default settings then changing the settings to highest values still crashes randomly.
Honestly is there any updates coming from the developers on that is the issue or causing this random CTD? And a funny thing as well is when ever The Division 2 is launched and every time I got to the main menu it lags for 5 seconds and then stutters and proceed to load, after few seconds loading quick free roam and crash.
The game is a buggy mess and quite honestly, I don't know why people still bother with it - you get nothing for the time and effort you put into it, just constantly running through the same 'missions' over and over again. Ubisoft have NO intention to fix the game as there's no money in it.
My advice is to uninstall it and then just never bother buying anything from Ubisoft again...
Our June update (TU13) should have improved the persistent crashes happening on PC, and we have seen a reduction in the amount of reports around this issue since the update.
I can see that some of you still experience crashing issues. Please do report these through support so we can continue to work on improving these issues.
We apologise for the inconvenience.
Seriously? June 13 Update didn't make any difference at all and not stable tried switching different drivers and GPU's and even installing them on an M.2 just cause the game to crash with no error and if the game had improved I shouldn't be posting here with the issues is still on going despite trying high end GPU's and different settings.
It is totally disappointing that there are no concrete solution on this on going issue, yes you may say it should have improved the stability and more playable for everyone but how can we be so sure that the update really did the trick? Majority of my clan mates and friends are no longer playing The Division 2 due to this issue and just saying that it doesn't really make things better when an update comes out when there is no Quality check or full testing and confirming that the issues is completely resolved.
