Please test patches before forcing bugs onto users

I just want to know 2 things... Did they even test this latest patch before releasing it, I mean seeing as it immediately caused a gamebreaking bug to occur I am guessing they didn't?
And why is this taking so long? can't they do a rollback patch to fix the bug causing the crashes while they figure out what they broke? I mean, just saying instead of ticking off all your PC players by taking 2 days to find out what you did wrong....put some redundancy in your patching system so you can roll back to working versions if a bug occurs on newer versions

Is there anyway to roll back last version prior to March 23rd update? I was playing fine until very recently, now I can't get past 10 minutes of play without crashing to desktop!

That's a good point. I'm old enough to remember when you could buy a game. You got it in a box or jewel case with a manual or at least a booklet. You owned it, you played it. No internet required.
Okay, we don't want to go back to arcade games like pong. Modern games are sophisticated, have photo-realistic graphics and let you play with and against the entire world. Now you don't own a thing. You just bought the privilege to play. The latest stage - and this is great for game providers - is to require you to be online even if you play solo.

And you just pointed out what happens. Of course we don't want to turn the clock back, but it is necessary that game providers like Ubisoft take their responsibility to make their games consistently available. And a 24+-hour period during which hundreds or thousands of PC players can't play the game is very, very extreme - especially considering the fact that it was an update that causes the game to crash in a few minutes after calling it up.

Not only are they not rolling it back, so that we can play, they are also not communicating what they are doing and how long it is expected to take. This information should be under NEWS on the Ubisoft Connect application and it should be updated regularly. Instead this is a marketing platform without real news.

    Hi there

No luck for me. Stopped the service and set it to disabled at startup.
