My game had a couple of crashes last week but today after Connect updated it's been freezing after 10 to 15 minutes of play. It then sometimes goes back to the start screen but is still frozen so the only way to close it is to use control panel. I can't send a log.

I don't have windows set to auto update. This issue startted prior to that update. Installed the update just to see if it fixes, and it doesn't.

It isn't windows. It is Ubisoft.

    Just for update:

Reinstaling graphic drivers and game itself didn't help, so save yourself some time and don't uninstall the div 2. Crash looks like this in my case. Windowed mode with black screen, music still plays in background

    Pathetic....

Wow, why am I not surprised... No apology, you're not telling us how you're going forward, you're showing absolutely no incentive on fixing the latest client update crash bug. You better explain yourselves ASAP. I only got the game yesterday, but have 2k+ hours on R6, wildlands and Breakpoint. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't new to your appalling game design and customer support. No one can get an email back, no tickets being solved, this is disgusting. I spent more money on the game today, and I'm thanked with this? I want my money back, we've put up with your absolute bulls**t for too long. Sort yourselves out.

same here - Ubisoft Connect update broke it

Has been fine since installed on new PC 1week ago - Ubisoft Connect update (after maintenance) - game freezes unrecoverably within 5minutes of logging in.

    Nothing in Windows Error logging

MY guess: Ubisoft Connect launcher (&EAC) killing/halting the game

    It's sad

They're literally trying to blame our drivers and the windows update. They're doing everything in their power to not take the blame.

is Ubisoft Connect the culprit behind the freezes / crashes on PC???

Just read this ominous point in the patch notes :
    March Update
    Mar 23rd 2021

    • Made improvements to the amount of time it takes for the client to detect whether an instance of the application is already running.
