This seems to be related to a change they made today ON THE SERVER for the game about disconnection detection being handled shortly... But it seems it too short as it disconnect everyone after 5 minutes... As I said, it did happens on both my partner and mine computer at the exact same moment 3 times in a row.
I don't think Uconnect have any role in this, but both updates has been released the same day so it could appear to be related.
If it was just a matter of rolling back, this would have been solved shortly. It's something they changed on the server that affect the game, that's the most sensible thing to think.
As for not being already solved, or not having developers working... don't forget for one COVID is still here, second, they are eligible for day break, like everyone, third, solving this kind of issue can be hard in any case. So chill out, read a book, play another game.
My partner and I tried 3 time to play for our daily session... We said this will upset us so we switched to other activities. No doubt they'll postpone the event for us being not able to access it, this is the sensible action to take.
And stop installing/testing/etc... this is not related to your install.
I played late last night after I installed the latest Windows 10 Update, and after the Global Event began. The game ran fine, as well as it normally did before last night. No crashes or freezes. I also played early this morning before today's Ubisoft Connect was patched, and the game also ran as it did before last night. I doubt it has anything to do with the latest Windows Update, at least not client side anyway. And to be clear, the game hasn't crashed to desktop at all since the Ubisoft Connect patch. It always freezes (ie. locks up) within a few minutes of starting up the game. If there are still crashes to desktop from TU12.1, and/or this Ubisoft Connect update, then the lock ups are not allowing the game to run long enough to experience them.
You said some players games freeze. I would go say far as to say all players on PC games freeze. Instead of telling players what lies ahead in Div2, just fix the game please. Who wants to buy extra content if you can't guarantee you will fix problems promptly when they occure
i have every 3-5 minutes freezes in any settings variants. it dosnt matter if the second monitor is off or the game is in window with 30,60 or 144hz. low graphic, high graphic, with dx11 oder dx12 it dosnt matter what i do. After a few minutes the game will freeze. I updatest after the deinstallation of the game all drivers and cleant up the hole pc. Restatring 3xtimes the system and wait every restart up tp 15 minutes. a new installation of the game dosnt bring the success i hoped for. im on my end.

My Opinion: I have no idea whats happen to the game. Im just sure that the exe dosnt work further without any reason from hardware or win32. Task manager show no peaks and windows records no errors. smells a bit like problems on server side.
