When I use OBS the game closes back to the desktop

I have this same problem, I can't transmit and play the game closes in 5 minutes, I don't know if it's something related to OBS streamlabs or OBS studio which are programs used to transmit the game on Twitch, When I use the game without transmitting it works normally

Hey Grace_McClain, the Adobe Update Service is running on my PC. So I followed your advice and disabled it. But the game still crashes to desktop within 5-10 minutes (with MSI Afterburner running in background).

I think I found 2 workarounds for laptops with dual-GPU configurations:
    1. Configuring Windows 10 Graphics Settings to use the correct GPU
    2. by going in the NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D Settings and setting the Preferred graphics processor to High-performance NVIDIA processor

A couple of months ago, a new feature was added to Windows 10 where it is the OS that picks which GPU to use, as opposed to the GPU software, ever since then I started having CTDs in many games and either of those have solved the issue for me.
This solved the issue for me, have you tried it?

Full name is Adobe Acrobat Update Service. I had incessant crashing within 10 minutes, as others have said, regardless of what I was doing at the time. I'd already eliminated MSI Afterburner as the issue, and then after much messing about, found the fix for me was to disable the aforementioned Adobe service from starting when Windows starts. 100% fixed the issue for me.
Hi Grace, I also have it running in the background but my issue got solved with completely different steps.

I'm having 100% CPU usage whilst playing. I've lowered all my settings to as low as possible but still no change. I am running Discord, OBS and Division 2. I don't have this problem on other games I play and usually have those games on higher settings than this. Tried people's suggestions but no change at all.
    My system is
    CPU: Intel i7 8700 3.2Ghz (8th Gen)
    GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1070ti 8GB
RAM: Corsair LPX 2133 MHz 16GB
Do you guys have any idea when there will be a fix for this issue?

It is really amazing to put the game on sale that is in such state! I was able to play 3h in total since i bought the game. I was really excited to play the game...but WOW!!!!! This game is UNPLAYABLE! I seriously regret buying this game, and from what I can see, the game is in this state already for a longer period of time.

    Same boat.

I bought this game on sale too. Tried to play about 20 times in total, tried everything to get it running. Enter game crash, could not make it to the helicopter to reach the expansion.

Contacted them less than 24 hours later and a week later they just refused the refund and sent me to the generic help guides again.

Honestly please do not buy this game not even on sale! I have to go through PayPal now to get my money back. This company are a total and utter disgrace and do not care about this game.

Try to clean all nVidia stuff and re-install

If you have a Geforce card try this. It worked for me:
    1. clean all installed nVidia drivers and bloatware on your PC with Display Driver Uninstaller (find it here)
    2. reinstall the Geforce drivers only (without extra bloatware from nVidia) with this neat program NVSlimmer (find it here)

That's it. Your game should stop crashing. I hope it works for you.
Unfortunately it does not really reduce the random freeze of frames.
