Is there any way to comunicate directly with the team?
I work in Game Development too as a programmer and in all the companies where I worked we supoort directly to the players (of course they wasnt as big as Ubi). I would really like to help to solve this cause I was very happy with the game when I played it the last year, but now after buying de DLC it is unplayable, you have to pray for being able to finish a quest, but as I said, this support emails are a waste of time.

Please read this topic for my fix. as of yet, I have had not a single crash.
I started Div 2 recently and played without interruption until level 21 with around 25 hours logged. Since then I've experienced a freeze every couple of hours. The game freezes, no error message, hard reset or Windows session sign out required to clear, no event viewer message. Today I verified game files and set my CPU and GPU to factory clocks (also used DDU to uninstall graphics driver before installing latest driver fresh) to see how my session this evening goes. However I'm now reading how widespread the crashing is and the lengths people have gone to fix it.
If it crashes again my planned next step was to drop internal res to 85% or so and cap to 75fps to make the game less taxing (running the game with a metrics overlay and I noticed it runs my GPU hotter than other games). My specs:
i7 6700k
Powercolor Red Devil 5700XT
16gb DDR4 2666mhz
Seagate Barracuda SATA SSD
I'll also give fredspekvet's solution a go if it persists.
The issues exists since launch my friend, but they managed to "reduce" for a while...and then the feb/march update triggered it back. But 4 months vs 24+ months is a huge time gap lol.Originally Posted by Warhead161 Go to original post
For about three months now, this problem has been happening (once a week) every now and then, it didn't bother me so much, only this month, it's happening practically once or twice a day ... and it happens to me mainly when I'm on the raids .
The screen freezes, the sound continues, do not exit the game by pressing ALT + F4 or closing the game in the Tareras Manager, just exit the game, just restarting the PC, this problem did not bother me, but now the frequency of crashes is increasing. ..
Why is it that every month that goes by this game's performance declines. What are you guys even doing over there at Ubisoft? All I did was open U Connect and hit play. It doesn't even get past the loading screen before I get the Charlie-03 crash.

Its been 3 months and Ubi still refuses to fix this issue despite so many people sending in reports, its actually awful.
For me the game broke after the February update and hasn't worked properly since... I thought a company as large as Ubisoft would care about their playerbase a bit more than this, yet they keep on constantly dissapointing us. Only post updates about the season reruns and manhunts on TD2 Twitter.
I tried submitting a ticket when this started happening and Ubisoft Support just blamed me and my computer for being the cause of the problem, couldn't even admit that they broke the game... no updates on this issue or what they're even doing at this point... laziest devs in the known universe.
