Hi All,

Microsoft has asked me to contact you in regards to your recent update of Assassins Creed Valhalla. I purchased the ultimate edition from the Xbox store.

The recent title update 1.1.2 has turned my ultimate edition into the standard edition and on the Xbox store, it is saying I have to purchase the game again at an increased price.

Please investigate why after the title update I have lost my purchase.

This is not the first time your title update has caused problems.

I'm sorry that this has happened! Please create a ticket so we can investigate this further (as we need some personal details).

Please provide your proof of purchase for the Ultimate Edition, along with a screenshot showing this content is not available. Once done, we will be able to investigate further.

Also, I will need to close this thread as it is in the wrong location. Please use this forum for any future Valhalla queries as well.
