As AgentMikel we are actively looking into this with the uttermost priority, rest assured the team is doing what they can to get to the source and resolve this.
Sending your systemfiles to support would really help us with this, same with videos of the crash as well as steps or actions that were taken prior to the crash such as what programs, activities ++ you were doing.
