    Block DLC content

    hello, i have 2 versions of starlink, one is the steam version and the other its the original uplay, so, i bought in steam the collection pack 2 DLC ( the steam edition its the deluxe ( standard + pack 1), at the first start ask me to link steam to uplay, everything ok, but when start the game (new game) the dlc content show as locked, i tried verified files, reinstall, and try the other version, two versions show me that i have the 2 collection packs owned (steam and uplay) but the content show as locked.

    I am sorry that your content is missing. Could you please provide an in-game screenshot, showing that the content is locked? It seems you do indeed own what you need to own, so we will need to possibly investigate further.

    the ticket is usefull because my ticket was created the 26th March, today inst resolved yet, always the same useless answer

    Unfortunately it can sometimes take an extended time to look into issues, and this can cause a delay in our responses.

    Do you have the Case/Ticket ID for you contact? If you can provide that here we can make sure it's been passed on to the correct team.

    the ticket: 14130646

    But, the support team drift the ticket to starlink team in three times, and always the same guide: try reinstall..delete ''my document's starlink folder'', i try 4 times, in steam.. ubi connect, and nothing,changed. i dont have my DLC's since March.

    Hello Gryphond, thanks for posting. I have checked your ticket over and can see it has been escalated to the Starlink team.

    This is not a usual issue that has been reported as affecting any other player so we are awaiting the devs of the game to get back to us regarding how we can resolve this for you. Thank you for bringing it to our attention, I can see this case was last updated yesterday by the team, I am sorry we are unable to share any more updates about the case, until we hear back from the Starlink team.
