Hello support

We have a problem with the connection to the raid, the game has been crashing and freezing and we aren’t able to access to raid, and when it happen people are been kicked out most of the day.
Can you help

Just to confirm, does this happen as soon as you enter the Raid or at a specific point? Is it the same players each time, or players at random?

Same as me
After joining/sometimes before starting raid..player disconnected mostly and when we restart it and entering the raid then few minutes later player disconnected

I have the same problem, joining Raid or searching for a raid group end up with server raid kick.... joining back... server raid kick. Restart, modem, playstation game..... end up with server raid kick...... its not matter with random players or friends..... its end up with server raid kick good job ubi....

- What error code do you receive?
- How long would you say this issue has been affecting you for?
- Do you always experience this issue no matter what, or does it work perfectly some days?
