Shinobi needs a buff | Forums

I bored slowly from the other Heroes; because they are mostly to easy to play and have the same mix ups. I tried Shinobi and he is my new Main now. He has funny mixups, but sadly they are to slow and take so much stamine. Shinobi has no health and deals low Damage. There is something wrong.. he is soo hard to play and a bad pick in dominion. If you have revenge you can also do nothing, because of his attack speed. He need more combos too, like : light , light Heavy and even faster. I die from two heavys from the Highlander..
An unblockable attack would be good to see in his kit to, to have more opener. Now you have only the zone..

Yes we all know Shinobi needs a rework. It's been requested many times for years now. He is currently one of the weakest heroes.

Shinobi is a very cool concept, but the hero had terrible execution. He was SOOOOOO ridiculous before he got nerfed, and hasnt been addressed since which was likely a year or 2 ago by now I think.

I stopped playing For Honor ever since Ubisoft turned the Shinobi into trash with the release of Patch 2.11 in 2019.

If you expect the Devs to actually make the Shinobi a viable hero, don't hold your breath. Countless hours playing that hero was completely wasted because of their incompetence.

I mean, if you quit playing a game that has 28 heroes because 1 hero got the shaft, then I suppose you weren't much of a player.

No offense, just saying dude.

I have 11 heroes at rep 10 or above.

5 of them are over 20.

4 of those 5 are over 30.

1 of those 4 is rep 60.

If any of them get butchered (and trust me, some of them have been) I just play a different hero. Not that big of a deal dude.

To me shinobi is a good hero but the only thing that is missing is light chain options, faster kick, and deflect damage.

He should be doing a chain like r1 r1 r2 r1 or maybe r1 r1 r2. He need more light options.

Next he needs a faster kick because his is reactable but then again you can just guardbreak to trick the opponent but it still needs to be fast.

His deflect damage is so bad. Please buff the delfect damage on shinobi. Same for PK. They have the weakest delfect I ever seen. It's bad that PK does 12 dam but shinobi does no damage XD. Buff PKs and shinobi at least to like 20dam. It's so unfair because other assassins do at least 25 or more.

Am I supposed to care about a shallow insult from a random forum troll who doesn't know anything about how much time and money that I invested into this game since before you were even a member of this forum? Spare me your insignificant opinion, 28 heroes didn't even exist when I was playing this game and not every male gamer wants to play female gender-locked heroes, so the hero options are far more limited than that what you're suggesting. If there weren't so many female-only heroes like the Peacemaker and Shaman, then perhaps I would have continued playing. Besides, nerfing the Shinobi into the ground was simply the final straw for me, it's not the only major mistake which led me to quitting the game.

You joined the forums in 2018 and yet you have 875 posts, which tells me that you're just a forum chatterer and not much of a player. Your reps would be higher if you didn't spend so much time giving unsolicited responses to people who weren't talking to you.
